Angela Clayton Appointed Interim CEO of Infrastructure Ontario

Angela Clayton has been appointed as the interim President and CEO of Infrastructure Ontario. This decision was made with the unanimous support of the Board of Directors of Infrastructure Ontario. Clayton will take over the role later this month, succeeding Michael Lindsay, who will transition to Metrolinx.

Angela Clayton brings over 20 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, having worked in both private and public sectors. Her expertise includes strategic planning, risk management, and program management. Since 2021, she has served as the president of project delivery at Infrastructure Ontario.

Kinga Surma, the Minister of Infrastructure, expressed her anticipation of continued collaboration with Clayton on various infrastructure projects, including the Ontario Line. Surma highlighted the importance of these projects in improving the lives of Ontarians by making them more affordable, convenient, healthy, and safe.
