Black River-Matheson Municipal Office to Close for Civic Holiday on August 4, 2025

The Township of Black River-Matheson will close its municipal office on Monday, August 4, 2025, for the Civic Holiday, as stated in a public notice issued by Clerk Hong Ji Lei on July 30, 2025. Office operations will resume on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.

The closure applies to the communities of Holtyre, Matheson, Ramore, Shiningtree, and Val Gareau, according to the notice published by the township.

The municipal office is located at 367 Fourth Avenue, Matheson, Ontario.
