Canadian Under-18 Curling Championships to run Feb. 8–15, 2026 in Timmins
The 2026 Canadian Under-18 Curling Championships will be held in Timmins from Feb. 8 to Feb. 15 at the McIntyre Curling Club and the attached McIntyre Community Centre, according to a Tourism Timmins event listing.
The event is expected to bring dozens of youth curling teams to Timmins for a week of competition, with games taking place at the McIntyre facilities.
The Tourism Timmins listing states that 42 teams will compete in Timmins, with 21 teams in each gender category.
Invitations will go to the provincial and territorial male and female under-18 champions from Curling Canada’s 14 member associations—10 provinces, three territories and Northern Ontario.
As host, the Northern Ontario Curling Association will receive a second invitation to the event.
Six more invitations will go to the top-six ranked member associations based on standings from the previous two Canadian Under-18 Championships; the host association is excluded from those rankings.
A game schedule was not included with the event listing, and other details—such as daily draw times—were not provided.
