CFIA recalls Gummy Gainz Protein Candy sold online over undeclared milk
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a food recall warning dated July 4, 2026, for Gummy Gainz brand Protein Candy sold online across Canada because some products contain milk that is not properly declared on the label.
The agency warns the products may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction for people who are allergic or sensitive to milk. The CFIA advises those consumers not to consume the recalled products.

The CFIA says the recall was triggered by a consumer complaint. The agency reported one reaction associated with consumption of the products.
The CFIA is conducting a food safety investigation. The agency said the investigation may lead to the recall of other products. It is also verifying that recalled products are being removed from the marketplace.
The recall is classified as Class 1 and is listed under identification number RA-81987. The recalling firm named in the notice is ProSweets Inc.
