CFIA recalls OneTang Walnut Soft Candy with Black Sesame in Ontario and Manitoba due to stones

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has recalled OneTang brand Walnut Soft Candy with Black Sesame because of the presence of stones, according to the agency’s recall notice dated Aug. 20, 2026. The product was distributed in Ontario and Manitoba.

For residents who may have purchased the candy, the CFIA said consumers should not use, sell, serve or distribute the affected product.

The recalled product is OneTang Walnut Soft Candy with Black Sesame sold in a 160 g package. The UPC is 6 954427 522321 and the best-before date is May 2, 2027.

The CFIA listed the issue as “Food – Extraneous Material.”

The recalling firm is Hua Men Trading Co., Ltd.

The CFIA identification number for the recall is RA-82522.

The recall page lists an original published date of Aug. 21, 2026, and says it was last updated the same day.
