CFIA recalls PC Organics and Frankie’s Organic corn snacks over undeclared milk
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has issued a food recall warning for PC Organics and Frankie’s Organic plant-based cheddar corn puffs and crunchies because the products contain milk that is not declared on the label. The alert was originally published Aug. 8, 2026, and applies to products distributed nationally and online.
People with a milk allergy or sensitivity could have a serious or life-threatening reaction if they eat the recalled products. The CFIA is urging consumers to check their homes for the affected items.

- PC Organics, Plant-Based Cheddar baked corn puffs (142 g), UPC 060383020767, codes 2027 FE 15; 2027 FE 16; 2027 AL 03
- PC Organics, Plant-Based Cheddar baked corn puffs (336 g), UPC 060383020774, codes 2027 FE 16; 2027 AL 03
- PC Organics, Plant-Based Cheddar Jalapeno baked corn puffs (142 g), UPC 060383020798, code 2027 FE 16
- PC Organics, Plant-Based Cheddar baked corn crunchies (142 g), UPC 060383096168, codes 2027 FE 15; 2027 MR 26
- Frankie’s Organic, Plant-Based Puffs Vegan Cheddar (113 g), UPC 816929000089, codes 2027 MA 16; 2027 JL 03
The company triggered the recall. The recalling firm is Aliments Biologiques Frankie Inc., the CFIA said.
The CFIA says it has received reports of reactions linked to these products.
The CFIA is conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to the recall of other products. It is also verifying that recalled products are being removed from the marketplace.
The recall is classified as Class 1. The identification number is RA-82463.
