CFIA recalls So Delicious Dairy Free salted caramel cashew frozen dessert over extraneous material

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has recalled So Delicious Dairy Free Salted Caramel Non-dairy Frozen Dessert, Cashew Base after reports of “plastic-like and gravel-like fragments” in the product. The agency lists the recall as Class 2 and says the product was distributed nationally.

The notice may matter to residents who have this frozen dessert at home, particularly if it was bought months ago and kept in the freezer. The CFIA says people should not use, sell, serve or distribute the affected product.

The recall applies to 500 mL containers with UPC 7 44473 27613 4.

According to the CFIA, the recall date is Sept. 17, 2026, and the agency’s alert page was last updated Sept. 22, 2026. The recall identification number is RA-82648.
