Cochrane municipal office reopens Feb. 10 after closure tied to fire next door

The Town of Cochrane’s municipal office reopened to the public on Feb. 10, 2026, after it was closed because of a fire in a neighbouring building.

The reopening restores in-person access to municipal services, including council meetings, after the temporary closure.

Municipal services have resumed normal operations and regular business hours.

The municipal office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The regular council meeting scheduled for Feb. 10, 2026, will be held in Council Chambers.
