Cochrane Public Hearing Set for Lot Severance Proposal

A public hearing has been scheduled by the Cochrane Suburban Planning Board for January 29, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The hearing will be held at the Town Hall, located at 171 Fourth Avenue, Cochrane, Ontario. The agenda includes a discussion on a provisional consent application for the severance of a new lot at 211 Shelby Avenue.

The application, numbered B2024-09, has been submitted by Junjie Ou on behalf of 14135474 Canada Inc. It proposes the creation of a new lot approximately 4,360 square meters in size, with a frontage of about 90 meters on Second Street.
