Cochrane Public Meeting Announced for Minor Variance Application

A public meeting is set to discuss a minor variance application in Cochrane. The application, labeled A09-2024, has been submitted by J. Bussiere for the property at 311 Tenth Street. The legal description of the property is Lot 25 on Plan 6M494, Roll No. 5639 010 005 28280 0000.

The application seeks to address a deficient lot area and frontage to enable the construction of a duplex dwelling. The proposed lot area is 647.20 square metres, compared to the required 750 square metres. Additionally, the proposed lot frontage is 16.18 metres, while the required frontage is 20 metres.
