Cochrane to Undertake Organizational Changes

The Town of Cochrane announced upcoming changes to its organizational structure. These changes include the elimination of certain existing positions and the creation of new unionized roles, as well as the establishment of a new position for General Manager/Deputy CAO.

According to CAO Monika Malherbe, the reorganization aims to align with the town's strategic goals by focusing on service delivery improvements. Mayor Peter Politis mentioned that these adjustments are essential for structuring an adaptable operational framework.

The announced changes represent Cochrane's efforts to restructure its administrative operations to better meet community needs.
