Committee of Adjustment in Smooth Rock Falls Approves Minor Variance for Accessory Structure Lot Coverage

According to an official notice from the Town of Smooth Rock Falls, the Committee of Adjustment approved a request from Angele and Dave Moore for increased lot coverage for accessory structures and buildings on their property. The decision was made during a public meeting on September 15, 2025.

This approval means the property owners are permitted to cover more of their land with accessory buildings than the zoning by-law typically allows. This change was requested through Minor Variance Application No. MV2025-03, which sought two separate variances to Zoning By-law 2016-14.
