Kara Food Poulet Tandoori recalled in Ontario and Quebec for undeclared mustard

Dubord & Rainville Inc. has recalled Kara Food brand Poulet Tandoori after mustard was not declared on the label, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency said in a notice. The product was distributed in Ontario and Quebec.

The notice is directed at hotels, restaurants and institutions. The agency said the affected product should not be used, sold, served or distributed.

The recalled product is Kara Food brand Poulet Tandoori sold in 10-kilogram packages. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency lists the UPC as “None.”

The notice applies to “all codes where mustard is not declared on the label,” according to the agency’s affected products table.

The agency lists the recall date as Sept. 29, 2026. The notice was published Oct. 9, 2026, and was last updated the same day. The identification number for the notice is RA-82752, and the recall is listed as Class 2.
