Charcuterie La Tour Eiffel Inc. has recalled Le Chef et moi brand Chicken Meatballs in Marinara Sauce because milk is present in the product but not declared on the label. This information was published in a recall notice by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) on June 8, 2024.

According to the CFIA, people with a milk allergy should not consume the affected product due to a risk of an allergic reaction. The recall applies to specific lots of Le Chef et moi brand Chicken Meatballs in Marinara Sauce. Details such as UPC codes, package sizes, and best before dates for the recalled items are available in the official notice from the CFIA.

The CFIA reported that no allergic reactions have been linked to this product as of the date of the recall. The agency also stated that the product was sold in several regions across Canada, including the Northeast.
