Public Hearing Scheduled for Land Severance in Cochrane

A public hearing is set to take place regarding an application submitted by Pine Stone Holdings Ltd. for a provisional consent to sever land located at 781 Malherbe Road, Cochrane. The hearing will be conducted by the Cochrane and Suburban Planning Board on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 171 Fourth Avenue, Cochrane, Ontario.

The application seeks approval to create a new residential lot of approximately 2.52 hectares with a frontage of about 196.87 meters on Malherbe Road. The remaining land will consist of approximately 57.99 hectares with a frontage of 313.58 meters on the same road.

Interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing by submitting their views in writing or attending in person. Written submissions should be directed to the Cochrane and Suburban Planning Board by December 2, 2024. Participation details can be obtained by contacting the board.
