Public Hearing Scheduled for Land Severance in Cochrane

The Cochrane and Suburban Planning Board has announced a public hearing regarding an application for Provisional Consent to Sever. The hearing is scheduled for December 4, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 171 Fourth Avenue, Cochrane, Ontario. The application, submitted by S. Malenfant on behalf of G. & L. Lamothe, seeks to create a new residential lot of approximately 8.49 hectares with frontage on Lamothe Road. The remaining land will consist of about 57.99 hectares, also with frontage on Lamothe Road.

Interested parties can participate in the hearing by contacting the Planning Board by December 2, 2024. Written submissions are encouraged and will be part of the public record. Additional details can be obtained from the Town Hall during regular office hours.
