Public washroom at Liz McCafferty Park pool building closed for the season in Smooth Rock Falls

The public washroom in the Municipal Pool Building at Liz McCafferty Park in Smooth Rock Falls is closed for the remainder of the season, the Town of Smooth Rock Falls said in a public notice.

The closure affects people using the park and municipal pool building who would normally rely on that washroom while facilities are in seasonal use.

In its notice, the town said the washroom is closed due to “operational and maintenance considerations.” The town did not provide additional details about the operational or maintenance issues in the notice.
