The Town of Smooth Rock Falls has announced the holiday schedule for waste and recycling collection, as well as landfill operations for the 2024 holiday season.

Waste and Recycling Collection Schedule:

  • Monday, December 23: No change.

  • Tuesday, December 24: Collection will occur on Monday, December 23.

  • Wednesday, December 25: Collection will occur on Tuesday, December 24.

  • Thursday, December 26 and Friday, December 27: No change.

  • Monday, December 30: No change.

  • Tuesday, December 31: Collection will occur on Monday, December 30.

  • Wednesday, January 1: Collection will occur on Tuesday, December 31.

  • Thursday, January 2 and Friday, January 3: No change.

Landfill Operations:

  • Open from 9 am to 12 pm: Tuesday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 31.

  • Closed: Thursday, December 26 and Thursday, January 2.

Residents are advised to take note of these changes to ensure proper waste and recycling management during the holiday period.
