Smooth Rock Falls seeks Expressions of Interest for development of town-owned residential land

In its posting, the town says it is seeking Expressions of Interest for “the purchase and development of municipally owned residential lands.”
The town’s notice lists example project types including single-family homes, multi-unit developments and what it calls “innovative housing solutions.”
The town says questions are due Aug. 14, 2026, at 3 p.m., and addenda will be issued by Aug. 14, 2026, at 4 p.m.
