South Porcupine Main Street day-shift snow removal from March 25 to be rescheduled, Timmins says

Snow removal scheduled for the day shift on Main Street in South Porcupine between Strachan Street and Harold Street on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, will be rescheduled, the City of Timmins Public Works says.

The city said it is changing its snow-removal schedule for the week of March 22, 2026, after some areas did not receive service due to what it called “operational issues.”

In its notice, the city listed the Main Street section in South Porcupine as the affected day-shift location for March 25 and said the work will be rescheduled.

The city did not provide a new date for when snow removal on that stretch of Main Street will take place.
