Survey Seeks Input on Healthcare Services in Northeast Communities

The Indigenous Primary Care Team is conducting a survey to gather input on healthcare services desired by residents in several communities in the Northeast, including Fort Albany, Kashechewan, Attawapiskat, Peawanuck, Moosonee, and Moose Factory. The survey aims to guide the planning of healthcare services in these areas. Participants can complete the survey online, and it is designed to be anonymous. Elders or those unfamiliar with online surveys can seek assistance from family or friends to participate. The survey is part of an effort to better understand and address the healthcare needs of these communities.
