Timmins Adjusts Snow Removal Schedule for Schumacher Area

The City of Timmins Public Works has announced a revised schedule for snow removal operations in Schumacher for the week of December 14, 2024. The changes affect specific streets, with operations initially planned for Monday, December 16, now moved to Thursday, December 19. This includes Vipond and Fourth Ave, from Grant to Boundary. Additionally, snow removal originally scheduled for Thursday, December 19, on Brundy, Ennis, Miners, Delost, and Prospectors will now take place on Friday, December 20.

According to the Public Works Department, the rescheduling is due to resource availability. Residents are advised to adjust their parking and travel plans to accommodate the new schedule and ensure the smooth operation of snow removal activities.
