Timmins and District Hospital Seeks More Patient and Family Advisors

Timmins and District Hospital (TADH) is looking to expand its pool of Patient and Family Advisors. These advisors, who have lived hospital experience, contribute to the hospital's efforts to provide patient-centered care. The hospital has had Patient Advisors for nearly ten years and values their input in various projects, including website redesign, strategic planning, and advising on patient sitting spaces.

The hospital is inviting individuals who have received care at TADH in the last three years to join the Patient and Family Advisory Committee. Interested individuals must be over 18 years old and willing to share their ideas and experiences to improve healthcare services.
