Timmins city council will hold a public meeting on a proposed zoning bylaw amendment for 675 Hart St. on Monday, Nov. 23, 2026. The meeting is set for 11 a.m. in council chambers at Timmins City Hall, 220 Algonquin Blvd. E., according to a notice from the City of Timmins.
Council is expected to take public input before deciding whether to approve the requested zoning change, which would allow a boarding house or rooming house at the property if the applicant lives there.

The application also proposes increasing the maximum driveway width to 9.85 metres from 7.1 metres, according to the city.
