Timmins Invites Public Input for Growth Management Study

Timmins is preparing for an expected increase in population, employment, and housing over the next 25 years. To address this, the City of Timmins, in collaboration with Watson & Associates Economists Ltd. and J.L. Richards & Associates Ltd., has initiated a Growth Management Study. This study aims to create a long-term strategic plan for the city's development. Residents are invited to a public open house scheduled for April 1, 2025, where they can provide input on the growth and developmental changes anticipated for the city. This event seeks to engage the community and gather their feedback to help shape the direction of the study.
