Exposure to extreme cold can cause serious and sometimes life-threatening health problems, including frostbite and hypothermia.

The city advises people to avoid wind exposure, dress in warm layers, and cover exposed skin.

People requiring emergency shelter can attend the location at 316 Spruce St. S. for assistance.
