Timmins reschedules William Avenue street sweeping planned for June 8 day shift
The City of Timmins has rescheduled street sweeping planned for the day shift on William Avenue on Monday, June 8, to a later date.
The change is part of the city’s street-sweeping schedule adjustments for the week of June 7, which can affect when crews arrive in specific areas.
In a disruption notice posted on the City of Timmins website, Public Works said the William Avenue day-shift sweep had been scheduled for June 8 but “will be re-scheduled for a later date.”
The city cited “operational issues” as the reason for the change. The notice did not provide a new date for the sweeping.
