Timmins Schedules City-Wide Snow Plowing for December 5

The City of Timmins has announced a city-wide snow plowing operation scheduled to begin on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 12:01 AM. This operation will cover city streets, rural roads, laneways, and parking lots. While some areas will be plowed overnight, others may be addressed during daytime hours.

The Public Works Department has reminded residents that the Winter Parking Ban is currently in effect. This ban prohibits parking on city streets between 11:30 PM and 7:30 AM from November 1 to April 30. Residents are asked to comply with these regulations to facilitate the snow removal process.
