Timmins sets Aug. 25 registration date for fall private swim lessons at Archie Dillon pool

Registration for fall private swim lessons at the Archie Dillon Sportsplex Pool in Timmins opens Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.

The city has also set a separate registration date for its community swimming lessons this fall, which affects families planning ahead for different types of swim programs.

Community swimming lesson registration is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2026.

The City of Timmins said it changed the private-lesson registration date so current lessons can be completed before families register a child for the next level.

Registration for the fall private lessons will be first-come, first-served.

The city did not publish lesson times, fees, age requirements or the number of spaces for the fall private lessons in its announcement.
