Timmins to Distribute Waste Bins on Hemlock and Tamarack Streets

The City of Timmins will start distributing waste and recycling bins to residents on the one-way sections of Hemlock Street and Tamarack Street. This initiative begins on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. The distribution is specifically for residents who did not previously have bins.

Residents are required to use the new bins for waste and recycling collection. Starting Monday, November 4, 2024, waste or recycling not placed in the provided carts will not be collected. Bins should be placed two feet apart at the curbside in front of residences.
