A cloudy and cool Saturday across the Northeast, with Timmins, Kapuskasing, Hearst, and Moosonee waking to overcast skies and occasional light showers. Temperatures will hover around 7°C for the day, feeling brisk in the persistent north breeze. Thunder Bay also sees grey skies this morning, turning to showers by evening with highs near 8°C.

Winds will be steady from the north at 20–30 km/h, making conditions feel a few degrees cooler. Any rain will be light but continuous, so keep an umbrella or light rain jacket handy if you’re heading out.

Looking ahead, Sunday will stay grey and cool, with scattered showers and highs in the upper single digits. Early next week continues unsettled—expect mostly cloudy skies and a chance of lingering showers into Monday and Tuesday, but temperatures will slowly begin to climb toward the low teens by midweek.

If you have spring outdoor plans, keep an eye on the sky and have a backup in case showers linger. Warmer, sunnier weather is just around the corner.
