Good morning to everyone in Northeast Ontario and NEOn. Here’s your weather for today, September 30, 2024, and a brief outlook for the rest of the week including the much-anticipated weekend.

Today's Weather:

Monday: Expect a cloudy day with pockets of light drizzle, reaching a high of 12°C. Tonight, temperatures will drop to a low of 2°C with continued overcast conditions .

Week Ahead:

Tuesday: The day will see mainly cloudy skies with a 30% chance of showers late in the afternoon, reaching a high of 24°C and a humidex of 29. Fog patches are expected to dissipate by the morning. Overnight temperatures will be milder, at around 14°C with a few clouds .
Wednesday: Cloudy for most of the day with a 30% chance of showers and a high of 13°C, followed by a night low of 6°C with similar conditions continuing .
Thursday: Continuation of cloudy weather with temperatures reaching a high of 13°C and cooling down to 2°C at night when cloudy periods will prevail .
Friday: Cloudy skies will dominate with temperatures peaking at 10°C and dropping to zero come evening .

Weekend Preview:

Saturday: Mildly warmer conditions with cloudy skies and a high of 12°C during the day and 4°C at night.
Sunday: More of the same, with a high of 12°C under cloudy conditions during the day .
