Black River-Matheson Public Library Announces July Kids Club Events
The Black River-Matheson Public Library will hold a Kids Club during July at the Matheson location, with activities taking place each Tuesday and Thursday.
According to the schedule posted by the Township of Black River-Matheson, the following events are planned:
- July 8: Trivia Day, featuring word puzzles, mystery puzzles, and team games.
- July 10 (Thursday): Foam Party from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- July 15: Music Day, where children will learn to play a musical instrument with Chantal Leblanc.
- July 17 (Thursday): Giant Board Games, offering oversized board games such as ladders and tic-tac-toe.
- July 22: Workshop led by local children’s author Sue Reimer, focused on story creation.
- July 24 (Thursday): Slime & Crafts, including slime making and other craft activities.
- July 29: Challenge Day with an obstacle course and scavenger hunt.
- July 31 (Thursday): Splash Day, including water balloons, sprinklers, and a water slide.
