Black River-Matheson reschedules October council meetings, moves all meetings to new chambers in Matheson

The Township of Black River-Matheson has rescheduled its October council meetings to Tuesday, Oct. 14, and Tuesday, Oct. 28, and says all council meetings will now be held at the “new Council Chambers,” 421 Fifth Avenue in Matheson, according to a public notice dated Sept. 24, 2025.

The changes replace meetings previously set for Oct. 7 and Oct. 21. The notice cites council scheduling as the reason and advises residents to note the revised dates and location.

Meeting times are not provided in the notice.
