Clarington Schedules Public Meeting for Proposed Amendments at 1180 Government Road South

The Municipality of Clarington has stated it has received complete applications for an official plan amendment and a zoning by-law amendment for 1180 Government Road South in Bowmanville. According to the municipal notice, the subject land is described as Part Lot 35, Concession 1, in the former Township of Darlington.

The municipality has scheduled a statutory public meeting concerning these applications. The meeting will take place on Monday, June 17, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Administrative Centre, 40 Temperance Street, Bowmanville. The purpose of the meeting is to present information about the proposed amendments and to hear public input, as stated in the notice.
