Cochrane cancels Feb. 11 Committee of Adjustment and planning board meetings due to no applications

Cochrane has cancelled its Committee of Adjustment and Cochrane and Suburban Planning Board meetings that were scheduled for Feb. 11, 2026, because no applications were received.

For residents watching local planning and minor variance matters, the next regular meeting date for both bodies is March 11, 2026.

The cancellation was posted in a notice from the Town of Cochrane dated Feb. 4, 2026, under the Office of the Secretary-Treasurer. The notice refers to the town’s adopted 2026 meeting schedule and cites “No applications received” as the reason for cancelling the Feb. 11 meetings.
