Construction to Begin July 14 on 3rd Avenue in Cochrane

Construction on 3rd Avenue in Cochrane, between 3rd Street and 5th Street, is scheduled to begin Monday, July 14, 2025, according to a notice from the Corporation of the Town of Cochrane. Villeneuve Construction Co. Ltd. will carry out the project, as outlined in the notice.

The notice states that access along 3rd Avenue will be restricted during construction, with entry limited to local traffic for the duration of the work. The project completion is planned before October 3, 2025.
