Fruit Dôme brand thyme is being recalled due to possible contamination with pathogenic E. coli, according to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). The recall applies to 500-gram packages from lot 127 distributed in Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Quebec. No Universal Product Code (UPC) is listed for the affected product.

The recall is classified as Class 1 by the CFIA, which is the highest level of food safety risk. The agency advises that the thyme should not be used, sold, served, or distributed.
