Public Hearing Set for Proposed Land Boundary Adjustment at 455 Eighth Street in Cochrane

A public hearing to consider a proposed boundary adjustment at 455 Eighth Street in Cochrane is scheduled for Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 171 Fourth Avenue, according to a notice from the Cochrane and Suburban Planning Board.

The hearing will address an application from CGV Developments seeking approval to convey approximately 13,656.39 square meters (1.36 hectares) of vacant land to 455 Eighth Street.
