Smooth Rock Falls Opens Swim Lesson Registration Ahead of Pool Reopening

The Town of Smooth Rock Falls announced that it is working to reopen the municipal pool and hopes to welcome residents back this week. According to the Town, registration for swimming lessons is now open. Residents can register at the Pool Building at 114 Sixth Street daily from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., starting immediately. Registration is also available at Town Hall at 142 First Avenue during regular business hours.

Swimming lessons include both public and private sessions for various age groups and skill levels. According to the Town, public swimming lesson sessions are scheduled as follows: Session 1 runs from July 7 to July 18, with registration closing on July 2. Session 2 will be held from July 21 to August 1, with registration closing July 16.

The Town states that private swim lessons are available in four sessions this summer. Session 1 will be held from July 7 to July 11, with registration closing July 2. Session 2 takes place from July 14 to July 18, with registration closing July 9. Session 3 runs from July 21 to July 25, with registration closing July 16. Session 4 is scheduled for July 28 to August 1, with registration closing July 23.

The Town advises that pricing details are available on the municipal website and notes that the updated schedule currently posted applies only to swimming lessons. The official pool schedule has not yet been released, but the Town has indicated it will be posted soon.
