Smooth Rock Falls Seeks Proposals for Housing Development on Municipal Land

The Town of Smooth Rock Falls in Northeastern Ontario released a request for expressions of interest on August 15, 2025, inviting developers and organizations to propose residential housing projects on municipally owned vacant lots. Proposals will be accepted until October 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
