Town of Smooth Rock Falls Announces July Closures, Recreation Programs, and Tax Mailings

The Town of Smooth Rock Falls has announced in its July Citizen's Corner newsletter that Town Hall will be closed on Tuesday, July 1, in observance of Canada Day. According to the newsletter, regular municipal services will resume on Wednesday, July 2.

The newsletter also includes a reminder that permits are required for any building construction or alterations. Instructions for applying for permits are available on the town’s website, according to the newsletter.

Public swimming lessons will be offered at the Municipal Pool throughout July, with dates and times included in the newsletter. The splash pad is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., as stated in the newsletter.

The newsletter notes that Final Tax Notices have been mailed to residents for the season.
