Weather report for Jul 14, 2025

Clouds are sticking around for much of the day across Northeastern Ontario, with scattered showers possible—Timmins, Kapuskasing, Hearst, and surrounding towns may see brief light rain, but totals look minimal. Temperatures will stay mild with highs in the mid to upper teens, cooling quickly this evening. Tonight, expect mainly cloudy skies and a dip into the high single digits.

Winds will be mostly light from the north, which will keep things comfortable but a bit on the cool side for July. If you’re heading outdoors today, a light jacket wouldn’t go amiss, especially later.

Looking ahead to the rest of the week, the weather remains on the unsettled side with a chance of showers on Tuesday and again Thursday. Highs should slowly climb back into the lower twenties by midweek. No major heat is in sight yet.

For those thinking about the upcoming weekend, early signs point to fairer conditions—partly sunny skies and highs finally edging into the low 20s, which should make for good plans outside.
