Consent Applications to be Reviewed in Black River-Matheson

The Committee of Adjustment in Black River-Matheson will review a set of applications related to property consents. These hearings are conducted under the guidelines set by Section 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13.

The scheduled hearing is set for Wednesday, April 16, 2025, beginning at 1:30 PM. It will take place at the Vern Miller Community Centre in Matheson. The committee will evaluate various applications, including those submitted by local resident Rob Pranger concerning property changes on PLAN M187NB LOT.
