Motorcycle Collision in Timmins Results in Arrest

On May 19, 2024, the Timmins Police Service responded to a vehicle collision at the intersection of Cedar Street North and Ross Avenue East. The driver of the motorcycle involved in the collision was arrested on the scene by an Ontario Provincial Police officer who was in the area. The driver was then handed over to the Timmins Police Service for further investigation.

During the investigation, the accused, identified as Brody Landers, 22, was charged with the following offenses:

  • Drive Motor Vehicle – Perform Stunt
  • Use Plate Not Authorized for Vehicle
  • Drive Motor Vehicle – Improper License

The accused is scheduled to appear in court to respond to these charges.
