Recognition of Leadership: Lynne Innes Receives King Charles III Coronation Medal

Lynne Innes, serving as the President and CEO of the Weeneebayko Area Health Authority (WAHA), has been awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal. This accolade was given to recognize her contributions to healthcare improvements along the James Bay and Hudson Bay coasts.

Ontario's Minister of Health, Sylvia Jones, presented the award to Innes. The acknowledgment focuses on her efforts in securing funding for healthcare projects targeting the establishment of a new hospital and health campus in Moosonee and additional medical facilities in Moose Factory.
