Cochrane to hear eight-metre frontage request for 51 Highway 11 South

Cochrane’s Committee of Adjustment will hold a public hearing Nov. 12, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. on a request to reduce the minimum lot frontage at 51 Highway 11 South to eight metres. The hearing will take place at Town Hall, 171 Fourth Avenue.

The property is in the Linear Mixed Commercial (C3) zone, where the town’s zoning bylaw requires at least 45 metres of lot frontage.
