Cochrane Reschedules Hearing on Self-Storage Expansion

The Town of Cochrane's Committee of Adjustment has rescheduled a public hearing for a minor variance application. The meeting, initially set for October 30, 2024, will now take place on November 6, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Fourth Avenue. The application, filed by T. and L. Moyer, seeks permission to increase the number of self-storage units from 25 to 43 at 1356 Highway 11 South. Additionally, the application proposes reducing the separation distance between units from the required 3 meters to 0.15 meters.
