Proposal for Additional Senior Living Units in Local Community

A proposal has been submitted to the local planning board for the construction of 28 new independent senior living units at 500 Twelfth Avenue North. According to the planning documentation, this proposal outlines an expansion on the site, which would result in a lot area of approximately 38,700 square metres (3.87 hectares).

The development plans indicate a lot frontage of roughly 55 metres (180.44 feet) on Twelfth Avenue North and mention retaining about 722,504 square metres (72.25 hectares) of land along Eight Street. This proposal is currently under review by the Cochrane and Suburban Planning Board as part of their public hearing process.
