Public Hearing on Minor Variance for 885 Highway 652

The Committee of Adjustment for the Town of Cochrane will hold a public hearing on August 28, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 171 Fourth Avenue, Cochrane, Ontario. The hearing will address a minor variance application for the property at 885 Highway 652. The application seeks to permit the construction of a detached garage with a ground floor area of 334.45 square meters and a maximum height of 6.8 meters. This exceeds the current zoning by-law height limit of 6 meters for accessory buildings.
